Great practice this past Thursday! I feel like we're starting to play as a team as well - practice felt good on Thursday for all the right reasons. :-) Do you realize that with the songs we're comfortable with at this point we could do an hour long set for something like
The Burn already?!? Any interest in that?
Anyway, we've got chapel this coming Wednesday and as discussed, we'll try and have better transitions between songs... here's our song agenda:
Deep Cries Key of E
- Intro - Bass drum until everyone is clapping. Then Branden E.Guitar solo with big full band
- Verse 1 - Only drums, bass and singers. Everyone else pull back until 'We're stirring...'
- Chorus - full band - singers in unison
- Verse 1 - full band, but single notes (no chords). Singers harmonize
- Chorus - 2 times. Band full on
- Bridge - 'We're falling...' shots and actions
- Bridge 2 - 4 times ' Jump, Dance, Jump, Shout'
